Zen Starter
You want a calm, welcoming place to begin.
New to Pilates, or new to working out in a while? Welcome. Your Zen Starter profile tells your instructor to keep things clear, supportive and unhurried, so you can learn the Maven without pressure.
Does this sound like you?
- You are new, or returning after time away.
- You want clear guidance and a low-pressure room.
- You care about how class feels as much as how it looks.
How Persona works for a Zen Starter
A first-timer brief for your instructor
Take the Assessment and your instructor sees your Persona summary before you walk in, so you are greeted by someone who already knows you are new.
Slow, controlled and supported
Maven movement is deliberate, with constant tension and no high-impact jumps. Your instructor offers success options to level moves down, such as lighter springs, shorter ranges and supported positions.
Go at your pace
There is no keeping up with anyone. Your job in the first class is to learn the moves and enjoy yourself.
Classes to look for
Every class on the Persona schedule is taught on the Maven. These are the formats that tend to suit a Zen Starter. [CONFIRM availability by studio and names against the current Mariana Tek schedule]
