Welcome to Persona.
You just found the most personalized Pilates studio in Austin and Houston — one that builds your workout around you instead of handing you the same class as everyone else. Here's everything you need to know before your first visit.

Most studios hand every member the same class. Persona starts by learning how you move, recover, and push — then builds your assessment, your instructor's cues, and your progress tracking around that. It's not a Lagree studio and not a franchise script — it's our own system, built in-house, from the ground up.
Take the Assessment
Three quick questions about your experience, goals, and any injuries sort you into one of five Personas — each with its own pace and focus.
Your Instructor Gets Briefed
Your instructor sees your Persona profile before class starts — no re-explaining an old shoulder injury every time you walk in.
Track Real Progress
Body Scanner shows change class over class, so your plan keeps evolving as you do — not the same routine on repeat for a year.
What to Expect at Your First Class
A few quick things to know so your first visit feels easy, not stressful.
Take the assessment first. It only takes about 3 minutes and gives your instructor a head start on who you are before you ever step on the reformer.
Book through the app. Reserve your spot on the Persona Pilates app (Apple or Android) or at personapilates.com — walk-ups aren't guaranteed a spot.
Arrive about 15 minutes early. That gives you time to check in, meet your instructor, and get set up on the reformer before class starts.
Grip socks are required. Studios sell them if you don't have a pair. Bring water — classes are heated and beat-based, so you'll want it.
Minimum age is 14. Members under 18 need a parent or guardian signature on file before their first class.
That covers your very first visit at any Persona studio — take the assessment beforehand so your instructor is ready for you from the door.
You'll See Real Faces, Not a Franchise Script
Every Persona instructor comes up through our own in-house training system — built to coach to your Persona, not read off a script. Here are a few of the people you might meet on your first visit.
