Our Culture
At Persona, we foster a truly collaborative and supportive instructor culture because we believe it creates the most enriching environment for everyone—our team, our clients, and our studios. Our goal is to create the most personalized workout for our clients which is why we refer to our instructors as "Curators".
We actively avoid drama and competition among Curators. That's why we don't pay per spot or attendance, which can pit Curators against one another. Instead, we align incentives so we all succeed together: Curators earn commission on every new first-timer who joins the studio. When the business grows, we all share in the win.
Our commitment to this shared success goes even further. Every Captain (our term for lead Curator per studio) receives actual ownership in all our studios—something we're proud to say is unique in the fitness industry, especially among Pilates studios.

Steps To Join
Our proven training formula gets instructors trained and on the floor 5x faster than other Pilates/Lagree studios and at a fraction of the cost.
Call with our Fitness Director - A quick 15 minute chat with Deb to learn more about your aspirations.
Access to the Portal - We have an insanely in depth and comprehensive training portal so you can learn at your pace.
Mocks - Simulate a real class experience in a controlled environment.
Interview with the Owners - Before you go on the floor, meet the Owners to polish out any other questions you have.
Subbing - Make it official.

Timeframe: All of this should take less than 45 days to get you confidently on the floor. Cost of the training is just $500 up front - we don’t make money off training, we want to get you on the floor!

Instructor Perks
Discounted Training: We charge only $500 for instructor training because our goal is to open training up to the best talent in the nation.
Flat Pay Per Class: You get paid no matter if 1 person shows up or the class is waitlisted. It is our job to fill your classes with traffic.
Commissions: Earn even more by helping to grow our studios!
Scholarships: You can qualify to get discounted or even FREE training.
No Non-Compete: We don’t get in the way of you making a living. You can teach with us and any other studio!
Clear Path Upwards: We hire from within. Captains make accelerated pay and even share in the profits of the studio!
Free/Discounted Memberships: You shouldn’t have to pay full price for classes at a studio you teach at.
