Vitality Voyager
You want movement that feels like an adventure.
You show up for energy. You like variety, you like to feel alive when class ends, and you get bored when every session looks the same. Persona builds your Maven workout around that appetite.
Does this sound like you?
- You would rather try something new than repeat last week.
- Your goal is to feel energized, not just worked.
- You like a class with momentum and a bit of music-driven fun.
How Persona works for a Vitality Voyager
Your instructor already knows you
Answer three questions in the Persona-lized Assessment and get a custom report. Your instructor reads your summary before class, so they know you want variety and drive from the first minute.
Slow, controlled, still intense
Maven work uses constant tension and deliberate tempo, so a class can feel demanding and low-impact at once. Instructors offer success options to level a move up or down.
Progress you can see
Body Scanner tracking gives you a baseline and a record of how you are moving over time, so every new challenge has a reference point.
Classes to look for
Every class on the Persona schedule is taught on the Maven. These are the formats that tend to suit a Vitality Voyager. [CONFIRM availability by studio and names against the current Mariana Tek schedule]
Strength x Cardio HIIT
Maven work paired with VersaClimber intervals, repeated through the class, for a higher heart rate and a lot of variety in one hour.
Heated mat Pilates
An infrared-heated room and a faster, beat-based pace set to music. A good change of scene from the Maven.
Maven classes
Slow, controlled movement with constant tension. Pick heavier springs and fuller ranges when you want more.
Themed series and studio challenges
Adventure-style themes and challenges keep your routine fresh when you are ready for something new.
