Recovery Resilient
You want to move well while you rebuild.
Maybe you are coming back from time off, an injury, or a stretch of life that left you stiff. You want a class that respects where your body is today and still helps it move forward. Persona starts there.
Does this sound like you?
- You are working around limitations or returning to movement.
- You want guidance on modifications and listen closely to your body.
- You value patience and a long view.
How Persona works for a Recovery Resilient
Your instructor is prepared
Answer three questions in the Persona-lized Assessment and get a custom report that can include injuries and goals. Your instructor reads it before class so they can plan around you.
Low-impact, with options
Maven work is slow and controlled with no high-impact jolts. Success options include lighter springs, shorter ranges of motion and supported positions.
Notice small wins
Body Scanner tracking helps you see gradual change, so you can recognize progress as it happens.
Classes to look for
Every class on the Persona schedule is taught on the Maven. These are the formats that tend to suit a Recovery Resilient. [CONFIRM availability by studio and names against the current Mariana Tek schedule]
Maven classes with modifications
Slow, controlled and joint-friendly. Ask for lighter springs and shorter ranges when your body needs them.
Talk to your instructor first
Tell them before class about anything they should know. They will adapt the class around it.
Heated mat Pilates, with a conversation
The heat and pace are different from the Maven. Check with your instructor and your healthcare provider about whether it suits you. [CONFIRM availability]
A steady schedule
Regular, manageable sessions with rest between them let you build back at a sensible pace.

Is Pilates safe if I am coming back from an injury?

What if I need to stop or skip an exercise?
Go ahead. Your instructor would rather you listen to your body. Modifications and rest are part of class.
What does my first class cost?
Your first class is $10. [CONFIRM current price]
