How Persona works for a Power Pursuer
Your instructor knows your drive
Answer three questions in the Persona-lized Assessment and get a custom report. Your instructor reads it before class and proactively offers the toughest version of each move.
Intensity with control
Heavier springs, fuller ranges and longer holds on the Maven, with constant tension that brings on the signature shake. Good form comes first.
Measure it
Body Scanner tracking gives you a baseline and a record of change. Set clear milestones, like holding advanced planks longer.
Classes to look for
Every class on the Persona schedule is taught on the Maven. These are the formats that tend to suit a Power Pursuer. [CONFIRM availability by studio and names against the current Mariana Tek schedule]
Strength x Cardio HIIT
Maven work paired with VersaClimber intervals, repeated through the class, for heart-rate-raising variety.
Maven classes at full throttle
Tell your instructor you are ready to go all out. They will bring heavier resistance, longer holds and more dynamic sequences.
Heated mat Pilates
An infrared-heated room and a faster, beat-based pace that adds an extra layer of challenge.
Rest and mobility days
Plan recovery between hard sessions. Pair Persona with the rest of your training and tell your instructor what else you do.

Will Pilates be hard enough for me?
Persona is built on a high-intensity, low-impact foundation. Tell your instructor you want more and they can offer heavier resistance and tougher progressions. Your Persona summary already says so.
Can I use Persona alongside my other training?
Many members do. Share your training schedule with your instructor so they can plan around it, and build in recovery days.
What does my first class cost?
Your first class is $10. [CONFIRM current price]
How do I book?
