Persona 101

The Signature Strength class at Persona Pilates will work every muscle that you know, and including some that you don’t!  Our instructors will utilize our Persona Playbook to craft an experience in the room that will utilize your pre-class survey, body scans, and instructor experience to offer all of the right tweaks to help you get closer to your goals.

Cardio Torch

Ignite your core and unleash your strength in Persona Pilates' signature Hot Mat Pilates class. This dynamic, low-impact session blends classic Pilates precision with high-energy flow in a heated studio, helping you build long, lean muscles, deepen flexibility, and torch calories through focused, controlled movements.

Persona Melt

This isn’t your average workout. It’s a heart-pounding, sweat-dripping thrill ride that alternates strength building on the Maven reformer with explosive VersaClimber vertical sprints. You’ll flow through intense, targeted strength circuits on the Maven — firing up your core, crushing stability, and building sleek, defined muscle from every angle — then BLAST onto the VersaClimber for full-body, zero-impact cardio sprints that make your heart race and every major muscle group scream (in the best way possible).
